Phi Simple Living is a two-story home, just 2km outside the Tsilivi resort and 2.5km away from Zante Town, that can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The first floor features the spacious living room, the fully equipped kitchen and a WC.The second floor offers three bedrooms: a Master bedroom equipped with a double bed and featuring an en-suite bathroom, and two more bedrooms equipped with two single beds each. There is also an additional bathroom and a veranda with a becalming view of the surrounding area. A baby cot can be added to any of the bedrooms!
The villa’s outdoor area measures 23 acres, where you can enjoy your daily walk and features a private swimming pool surrounded by a carefully tended garden and evergreen olive trees, as well as a portable BBQ and an organic garden with fresh vegetables and fruits – you can ask us for any vegetable or fruit you want from the garden, and the next morning you will have it by your door!
